Our garments are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

AFTER SALES SERVICES

• Hashtag Rani offers a range of repair services on clothing and accessories if the product is repairable. Contact us and we will examine your product and you will be advised on the options available to you. Not all repairs are possible however we will endeavour to fulfil your request.

• For any fitting issues, our products have a margin of 1 or more inches. Thus, it can be easily altered at your end. However, if you require an alteration, we can help you with that with additional shipping and alteration charges.

• Please note: Some repairs may be chargeable.
